Reactive Rover Dog Training Course

  • Park-9 Dog Bar 48 Waters Avenue #1 Everett, MA, 02149 United States (map)

This structured five session program is designed for dogs who experience reactivity around other dogs and for the people who want to better understand and support them.

The program begins with a private lesson, giving our lead trainer dedicated time to learn about your dog’s unique history, triggers, and challenges. We’ll introduce foundational skills that set both ends of the leash up for success before entering the group environment. Once package is purchased this will be scheduled individually the week before the first group session with our trainer Emma (emma@park9dogbar.com).

From there, you’ll move into four carefully structured group lessons focused on safe, controlled exposure to other dogs. Throughout the program, you and your dog will practice new coping strategies, communication techniques, and real-world skills for navigating situations that may otherwise feel overwhelming.

The goal of this class is never to force interaction or push dogs into stressful scenarios. Instead, we work at each dog’s individual comfort level to build confidence, strengthen communication, and help both dogs and humans feel more prepared when encountering other dogs in everyday life.
