Boarding more than one pet with us?
20% OFF each additional dog staying in the same suite. Pups must be from the same household.
Must have completed a Park-9 daycare trial day and attend Park-9 daycare at least twice within 30 days of boarding
This requirement ensures your dog is comfortable with the Park-9 facility and staff before an overnight stay. This trial day also allows our trained staff to observe your pup in our environment to be sure their temperament is a good fit with our pack.

*Stays of 3 nights or more require a bath as an add-on so that your pup will be squeaky clean at pick-up. Additional grooming services can also be added upon booking.
Late Check Outs
If you need to pick-up after 11:30am, your dog will join the daycare pack and you will be charged for a day of daycare. Normal daycare pick-up window timing apply:
Weekdays: Between 3-7pm
Weekends: Anytime before 4pm weekends
An additional half hour can be added to pick-up window by adding a late check out service add-on for $20
If you need to pick up later than 7:30pm on weekdays or 4:30pm on weekends then another night of boarding should be booked or a no-show fee of $175 will be charged. If drop-off and pick-up windows don’t quite work for you, please contact the team and we will do our best to accommodate.
Long-Term Stays of 14 nights of more
require prior approval – please contact Park-9 directly to book.
Summer Pricing
From June 11-August 31 a +$5/day peak summer surcharge will be applied.
Holiday Peak Pricing
Holiday Peak Periods require a +$10/day surcharge.

Holiday Periods
A 2-night stay requirement is in effect over holiday periods listed above
Cancellations
50% deposit is required at booking and can be returned if cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled stay. Holiday books require a full deposit at time of booking and must be cancelled 14-days prior to scheduled stay for a refund.
