Introducing Drop-in Obedience Classes!
Whether you are just starting out or in need of a touch up, this drop-in Basic Manners class covers foundational cues like ‘Sit’ ‘Come’ ‘Stay’ and ‘Leave it’. Low commitment for summer time training that fits your schedule. Come once or come to every drop-in class!
Each drop-in class is $45 and 60-minutes long. Homework will be provided to help transition what is learned in the classroom to your home. Classes use science based training techniques to help build a strong and sustainable bond with your dog. Bringing a range of treats helps to keep dogs engaged for the duration of the class.
Entry to the Park and Bar is free following training classes and we encourage you to utilize the facility to continue practicing in a group environment. Best results will require consistent reinforcement. Note, all dogs are unique and results may vary.

Private Lessons
A LA CARTE PRIVATE LESSONS. Troubleshoot concerns that require minimal intervention but make a big impact on day to day life. While best paired with group classes or continued training, single sessions can help address:

PRIVATE LESSON PACKAGES. We will work with you to built a tailored plan that offers a sustainable solution for you and your pet. Issues that may be a good fit for a custom plan include:
Leash Reactivity: Struggling to enjoy walks with your dog? Are they barking, snapping, lunging out on the leash? We will work over a course of lessons to curb chronic unwanted behavior.
Separation Anxiety / Fearfulness: Is your dog destructive or do they continue to cry or bark while you are away? We will build training solutions to help your pet feel more confident in day to day life.
For dogs struggling with more severe issues like self-harm, biting, and severe anxiety, we recommend an evaluation meeting to determine the best course of action.

For the Nervous Pawrents

Emma is Park-9’s Lead Trainer. She has worked with dogs for nearly a decade specializing in training in different environments and methods. Emma will be at all sessions to help train both you and your pup!

If you cannot make your normally scheduled class, we can do our best to fit you into one of the other group session times. If this does not work for you, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up session.

Yes, we will offer an advanced obedience course along with canine good citizen training. Stay tuned to our class schedule for these offerings!

We keep group classes relatively small so all pups and humans can receive individual attention (no more than 6 dogs).

Keeping our facility clean is our top priority and we do not take this responsibility lightly. We do deep cleans several times daily and utilize a cleaning solution that is vet-approved for killing contagious viruses like kennel cough. We also have a state of the art HVAC system to enhance ventilation and air quality. All dog bowls and toys are sanitized daily via our high temperature dishwasher.

Yes, we ask that you purchase the group training package via the Gingr portal. This will cover all classes over the 6-week course! Again, we will do our best to accommodate make-up sessions as needed!
